Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all course bookings, enrolments, and payments made with Bespoke Skin Academy Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Course Information

We provide VTCT-accredited Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology and VTCT Level 4 Laser & IPL training courses, delivered at our London/Essex facility. These include theoretical learning, practical training, and assessment.

Course specifics (content, duration, and requirements) are outlined on the relevant course page prior to booking.

3. Registration and Fees

  1. A course place is only secured once full payment, or a recognised deposit/payment plan has been processed.
    b. Payment includes course registration with VTCT and associated non-recoverable administrative fees.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Once a booking is completed and your VTCT registration has been submitted, course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to cash. This is due to the administrative and regulatory costs incurred once enrolment is confirmed and VTCT processes begin.

5. Transfers and Alternatives

Where possible, and subject to availability:
a. You may request a transfer to another course of equivalent value (for example transfer from Level 3 to Level 4) at our discretion.
b. Any such transfer must be agreed in writing and completed within a reasonable timeframe. Requests for alternative arrangements may require updated documentation and confirmation of eligibility.

6. Course Commencement

  1. You must attend your scheduled course at the agreed date and time.
    b. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you must contact us as soon as possible so we can advise on alternative options where available.

7. Missed Sessions

  1. If you miss any part of your course without prior agreement, you may not be entitled to make up the time.
    b. Where makeup sessions are offered, these will be at our discretion and subject to availability.

8. Eligibility and Entry Requirements

You must meet the entry requirements outlined on the course information pages (e.g., completion of Level 3 prior to Level 4).

9. Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself professionally, respect instructors, and comply with all safety instructions during practical training.

10. Certification and VTCT Assessment

Completion of the course does not guarantee certification. You must successfully meet VTCT assessment requirements per their standards to be awarded the recognised qualification.

11. Changes to Courses

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, schedules, instructors, or facilities where necessary. Where significant changes are made, affected students will be notified.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bespoke Skin Academy Ltd is not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from participation in our courses.

13. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on our website).

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
